This was the first time I was at the dealership. I am new to the area. The oil change was done in a timely fashion. My car was returned to me as clean as when I drove in. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership (Bull Valley Ford). I look forward to the same great service in the future.

It was a fairly simple task I needed done but the appointment was able to be made quickly and the time of a very timely service I really appreciate the curb service taking me to and from work

Very good service department. Understood my issue and solved it. I had locking wheels nuts on my Lincoln and no way to get them off. They saw it was urgent and got me on my way. KO

The service department at Freeport Ford do very good work. The service advisors always keep you updated on your vehicle status. The mechanics do a great job servicing your vehicle and return the vehicle to you in a very clean manner.

Ricardo was very good. We walked out from the finance lady feeling like we were taken. I am sure she did not have our best interest in mind.
