The reason why I bought my second Defender 110 at SJR is because of the Service Department. That is really the only reason. Car buying experience was great as well but it is your Service Department that will bring back your repeat customers. Since working with Scott Tierney as my Service Manager he is always finding the way to Yes and how can the service experience be it's best. I had a few warranty issues that needed some attention and a few trips back to the service department for them to fix. It's his attention to detail and treating the customer with professionalism and dignity that I will keep coming back. As my Defender is coming up at the end of its warranty I will most likely be looking at my 3rd to purchase from JLR as long as the Service Department remains #1 in my book. Thank you to the Team for everything you do to make sure the service department is the best every time.
