This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Brown's. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. We highly recommend Brown's to anyone looking for a vehicle and will be passing this on to all our friends, to make sure they start their search with them.

I bought my second car from Jeff and Alex yesterday and I LOVE my car! I wanted to look at one that was in a different town and they brought it down that day and had it ready for a test drive. After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free. I will recommend this place over and over! They are simply amazing. Thank you WBF and especially Alex and Jeff! I love my “new” Escape!

We have been buying vehicles and getting service at WBF for almost two decades. I would not hesitate to send my grandmother there for service (if she was alive). Never need to worry about being taken advantage of. Great service at a fair price every time. Been surprised several times when I expected to get a bill for service and was told it was covered under warranty. The exact opposite of most other dealers.

he was just great to work to work with ! have never had anyone hold a check before but jerry did.we came from illinois and took the truck home with us.that in itself saved us another trip.i located the truck on the internet,called and went to see it.fell in love wiyh it,and drove it home.
