Service department is outstanding two years ago I was referred to Kia at Orange Park, and Mr. Alex Oztolaza has been my Service advisor , and I have been completely impressed with his professionalism, and customer service. Always takes his time to explain to me what I will need for my vehicle and if there is anything wrong, and when I will need to replace an item or remove. Service dept is outstanding, love their attention to detail and how well they take if both of our Kia’s.but I wasn’t thrilled with the purchase of our new Kia misinformation two many sales persons working with us and the experience was less than stellar but we did appreciate our they did their best to satisfy us with the right vehicle
