This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. With a 2 year warranty. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I came from Oregon because I found a good deal. Maybe I didn’t do enough research because they don’t do a full inspection on their vehicles, gave me incorrect information about obtaining the registration, and repeatedly ignored my follow up calls and emails. I noticed the wheels weren’t great and the alignment was off. They said they’d give me a $160 credit for the alignment and the wheels were fine. When I got to Oregon and had it checked out the wheels were in critical need of replacement and the alignment cost $600. I called and emailed with Edwin multiple times and he kept dodging me. Apparently he got let go so I started working with Chris Williamson in sales and Jason Smitley in repairs. They both ignored several email follow ups so I stopped trying. This place is not trustworthy!!!

Service department left my vehicle sitting outside for several months then charged me $192 for a new battery. My vehicle was damaged in their possession and tried to blame the tow truck driver. I went and looked at my car after it was dropped off by towing there was no damage. Uncommunicative service representative texted me updates and nothing they said was ever true, them 5 months later I find out they don’t even work there anymore. Weird unprofessional customer service I expect more from a Cadillac dealer.

The customer service was great. However , my appointment was at 10:00am and they finish doing the oil change at 1:30 pm. Waited too long for an oil change .

Overall, our experience was very good. Our buyer assistant Vasiliy Kravchuk was great! Answered all our question and was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. The manager was also very nice and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. The only issue we had was with finance department. This was a cash deal and should have gone very smoothly. Maybe she was new, but the paperwork had to be re-done 3 times because of errors. When she was tiring to sell us on the upgrades, she had no idea what she was selling and could not explain what was offered, it was really a painful experience. She was a really nice lady but needs more training on the upgrades.
