I went in for a recall, but also wanted them to check a few other things and they were close to closing time. They managed to get everything checked out timely and I really appreciated it. I also like the new feature of texting you updates while waiting and sending diagnostic/ invoice through text.

The staff was great. It took longer than it should have due to needing the blue ribbon to pay for something under warranty.

overall ok, had to talk with the mechanic about a tire issue, did not like his arrogant attitude.

Good work on Lincoln MKX.. Brakes are quiet again. fluids are at max. Very happy with dealership. I like buying my cars where the service is good.
