Since I've been getting my vehicles serviced at Byers Ford for years, they know me and have always been very good at servicing my vehicles. I like that they give me a printout of things they see but don't pressure me to get things done right away

Communication and follow up was poor. I had to make calls to find out the status of my vehicle. All I want is for someone to call me and let me know what's going on. Seems to be the way of the world these days.

I went in looking for a used car and Bob and Jeff were professional, kind and courteous throughout the experience!! I also worked with your finance department and they were excellent as well.

Repair was very good as it was quick. Went to parts to order touch up paint and they stated it would be in that afternoon. They offered to call me and I said please text if you can and they said yes. Two days later I get a call in the morning it’s there. Don’t over promise and under deliver. Its a little thing, but it’s what the customer remembers!

The fixed a recall on my car.They didn't in a timely manner.I tried to get Matthew's Ford in Marion to they keep telling me they didn't have parts.Then they said I have to wait till the moter goes out !
