What Others Say

I found exactly what I wanted. Went to the dealership gave the vehicle a good look over then went inside to ask to drive it. They let me drive it then I came back to ask for a price they gave me a direct honest out the door price with taxes and fees included. I wanted to do the financing through my bank so they gave me a deal sheet and I went got the loan and signed right up. It was very quick, prompt, and easy.

Well, where do I begin? This dealership does not go the extra mile for you. They even say they will give you a certain price for something and then go back on their word. The biggest thing that got me was after the deal was done, was that the owner’s wife, whom I guess she calls herself as an owner too, stood there and insulted me in front of my kids. Name calling is real mature for fifty year old women!!!!!!!! I guess that’s the way "they do business". So, of course any who ask about Erwin Motors I will tell them to find a more honest and friendly Dealership to shop for any of their Ford needs. Would not even give them a star, but had to in order to post this.

I walked around the lot for 28 minutes before anyone even talked to me, I was first approached by a woman whose name I do not remember, but when I asked about the new models she sent me to "Todd" who I think might be the owner. He seemed uninterested in me and was much more interested in a woman who came to see him who seemed to be there on a personal visit. The one time I did try to talk to him about a test drive he rudely "shushed" me, then disappeared into his office for a long time. I was very disappointed with the service and ended up just walking away. No one even called after me. I went to another dealership in Johnson City where I was immediately served and treated wonderfully, so that's where I bought my car.
