Drew Shepherd is a wolf in sheep's clothing and will tell bold lies right to your face. He doesn’t care; legally he covers his own behind, but ethically, this man should face court. Do not believe the fake niceness. We purchased a vehicle out of state; guess that was our mistake. Braden and Drew lied about the condition of the vehicle when asked direct questions. Then they sold us an invalid warranty due to previously reported conditions that they lied to us about. When confronted, Drew lied again saying he would follow up with both the auto service shop we took the vehicle to and the warranty company. He then dodged my calls and emails for over a month. The secretary kept promising he would call back. He never did. I eventually got an email where it was clear he didn't follow up with anybody. Lies after lies from everyone here. Took me another month to get the invalid warranty refunded in full though they had the audacity to start talking about pro-rating the refund even though they were the ones running down the clock. I have purchased from several dealerships in my lifetime. One of them even had a warranty issue where it ended up being invalid. They apologized (Tipton never did) AND ensured the refund went through that week. I don't expect a lot from dealerships, but this is the worst I've ever come across. Do not believe any of the smiles let alone any words that leave their mouths. The devil is working at Tipton, and these workers sold their souls for money. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is full of a hard working team of well mannered, compassionate, and overall great people. The customer service was their top priority and on top of that they did a great job getting me an amazing vehicle for a very great and reasonable price. This was my second vehicle from this place and I will definitely come back if I decide on another vehicle.

Absolutely awful customer service. Have called and left my number with several different people several times and never received a single call back. I was told when I bought the car five months ago I would get a spare key they had to get from their sister lot and now they say there is no spare key. Awful awful place! Wish I never got my vehicle through them.

I drove 3.5 hours to buy my new car. 30 minutes before arriving at the dealership I received a call from my salesperson that there was a recall that needed to be taken care of before they could release the car. Needless to say I was upset. Toby and Owen bent over backwards to make everything right and allow me to leave with the car that day. This says volumes about their customer service!!!

Purchased a Ford150 from Tipton Ford. Toby did a great job for us. We also found the service department to be honest in assessing work on another vehicle we own. They might just be the best dealership in the Country.
