I prefer to keep my money in local businesses. The dealership did very well indeed.

Purchased my second new Ford Maverick from them a few days ago. They made it simple and easy each time. As I have other Fords that have been in for service, I can state that their parts and service departments have been just as efficient and easy to work with.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The worst, and most unprofessional service department I have ever been to. My father worked in dealerships as a service manager my whole life, so I have been around my fair share. This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with. Specifically working with Sarah. You want an update on your car? Forget about it. You want questions answered? Forget about that too. You want your car done in a timely manner? That's not going to happen. Want your car fixed right the first time? That's clearly not an option here. Oh and don't expect any communication or updates. Unfortunately, there is nobody in management willing to help either. I will be taking my vehicle to SD from now on. Worth the drive to avoid repair delays, getting your car back wreaking of cigarette smoke, and dealing with an advisor who could care less about customer service. Shady and dishonest is how I would describe this dealership. Also a professional dress code never hurt anybody, maybe dress for the job, not the bar 🤷‍♀️

Love the car, and dealing with Jason was great! He was very informative and helpful.

A/C quit cooling so took it in for repair. After they "fixed" it for $1300, 2 weeks later, same problem, it quit cooling. THUNDER BASIN FORD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THERE WORK, and wanted to charge about the same amount,or more, to "fix" it again!! REALLY? Do I have stupid written on my forehead!! I do not trust THUNDER BASIN FORD, or recommend their service dept.!!

Dustin Fallon was very helpful and patient with me as each time I came to look for my new vehicle and battled with myself over what I wanted & what I needed. He recognized the struggle and showed me my truck which was a perfect blend between the two.
