I initially engaged the dealership online and had a good experience there. The team responded quickly to my emails. We moved to text and then finally to an on-site visit. I have to say I think that both Mark and the Phil Long Dealership team where professional, efficient, friendly, and more importantly, I didn’t feel I was getting a bum rush or a sales job.
