The service department is the worst. No loaner after keeping my truck for 4 days

There is absolutely no change in the rattle from the passenger side dash air vent this truck has just a little over 2000 miles on it I have a 2013 Explorer that has no rattles so I'm going to call again and see if I can get someone to ride with me so they can hear it for their self

Called me two days after completing the sale to tell me that I owed them an additional $2000 for the vehicle I had just signed for. Claimed they made a mistake on the paperwork. Feels like a scam.
