Very friendly and helpful. Made the process simple and quick. I had a lovely experience at the ford dealership due to his attentiveness to the customer.
Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. We came in knowing what we wanted ready to walk away if the deal sounded like it would no longer suit us. Michael did his best to get a good offer for our trade in and discuss pros and cons of the car we were buying. Giving us good knowledge on how to best take care of the new vehicle. His experience as a mechanic makes him a very knowledgeable salesperson. Highly recommend going in and asking for Micheal when buying a car.

Ed Griggs is awesome he helped me to get the best deal he was very patient kind and understanding knew what I wanted what I was looking for when it came to document signing he was very patient with that He's just overall the best and awesome I recommend him!
