Very dishonest dealership= during test drive, my wife(im out of commission after a surgery) informs the salesman the right blinker is faster than the left.She states that is typically a bulb, he says no that is real common. She ended up changing the bulb. after 40miles the check eng light comes on, had it checked by a mechanic he says 2k for a catalectic converter. Inform the manager about the check eng light, oil hadnt been changed(purchased 1yr oil change) washer fluid empty, trash in the doors, plastic is sticky. He says we want to make things right, They swap our vehicle out, the rental is filthy, dog hair all over the place, they have ours for 5 days and return it with the same issues. Not sure why they wasted the time to take it but responded they would be happy to take it on trade on a new vehicle that way we could get a full warranty. Worst response I have been given. I did inform him I would never purchase any vehicle from them again and should have learned my lesson when I asked for a quote on a new F350 4mo prior and they sent me links for Dodge trucks. Dealers like this make Ford look terrible. Im sure they hometown motors will send me a response that I purchased a vehicle in an as is condition, covering up resetting the check engine light and not changing the oil or topping off fluids after two visits.
