Have leased close to 30 cars in my lifetime. Never once have I been contacted prior to receiving a recall notice. Not only was I contacted by Taylor Ford before Ford Motor Co. but Taylor set an appointment for mobile service to my home to complete recall without me even asking if that was an option, I was so impressed by Taylor Ford and Catfish that I returned and purchased a Bronco Raptor that I was not even sure if I wanted, Outstanding sales and service!
