Having my vehicle serviced at BMW of Sarasota is always a pleasure. From the moment I was greeted by the valet team, I felt valued and taken care of. The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, and they thoroughly understand my vehicle’s needs and concerns. The certified BMW technician conducts a multi-point video inspection, detailing any issues with the vehicle. To top it off, they end the service with a really good car wash. I highly recommend BMW Sarasota to my friends and family.
Carlos is the BEST! I bring my car in for servicing because of him. He explains things, if friendly and makes me feel valued I trust him 100%. If he is ever gone so am I
