Maria was great. Not sure how my oil started leaking. I'm sure we will find a solution with BMW
easy to understand, supportive, quick explained everything well, how long it would take and was supportive in getting me covered by warranty

Excellent service from setting the appointment to picking up my car. Communication was excellent / found warranty work that was needed and got it repaired quickly.. Cameron is great to work with.
It was outstanding. BMW of Sarasota has an amazing team. The dealership is always clean and the staff is professional.
Easy process overall and my service advisor. Cameron was very good and easy to deal with. Advised that a couple of things were due, but felt I could wait and get them done a little bit down the road instead, which will save me some money in the interim. And the car wash at the end was a 10.
