The only reason I still use BMW service is because of my service advisor Carlos Munoz! He is the best, most professional ,knowledgeable a pleasure to do business with????
Having my vehicle serviced at BMW of Sarasota is always a pleasure. From the moment I was greeted by the valet team, I felt valued and taken care of. The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, and they thoroughly understand my vehicle’s needs and concerns. The certified BMW technician conducts a multi-point video inspection, detailing any issues with the vehicle. To top it off, they end the service with a really good car wash. I highly recommend BMW Sarasota to my friends and family.
It was a great experience. Chad was an amazing salesperson. He did an excellent job protecting the business's interests yet was able to satisfy my interests. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was also glad to meet the manager, Mario, who was very personable. Hassan in the business office was friendly and professional.
Excellent teamwork, they know how to evaluate and find a problem, and will talk to you before fixing it so you are aware of cost and time.
Working with Greg is excellent, his experienced guidance is most appreciated. It gives me a lot of confidence getting my car in and out with him at the lead.
