Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. He did everything in his power to satisfy my experience. The Service department on the other hand is the worst service I've ever received. I took my new used truck In to be serviced for shaking in the steering. Finally over a month later i received the vehicle back with the same exact issues i had when i took it in. Nothing had been done with the truck to my knowledge because i still have the same issue with the truck as when i took it in.
