We used Terry Hendricks Ford because they were close to our home and we like a great relationship close bye to for any issues. We were dissatisfied with the no family experience. The other vehicles we purchased seemed to have a dealership that wanted our future participation. Terry Hendricks only wanted a sale. In fact they knew very little about the vehicle we bought and provided inaccurate information. Shame on US for using Terry Hendricks. Look at their comment history! It only shows a few last sales. I will never use Terry Hendricks Ford in the future or recommend them.

They replaced my timing chain, gears, twin turbo and manifold in 2023. Come 2024, I find out that they rolled the gaskets under my valve covers, resulting in failure and a major oil leak from both valve covers. They wanted me to pay $1500 to fix the damages they caused. Not happening. I went to a local mechanic that actually stands by their work. When I she'll out almost $14k for repairs, I expect you to stand by your work. They failed big time. Now I'm hoping they didn't mess something else up.

Since my first visit with the service department and parts, I have had excellent service and found the techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. They let you explain your situation without completing your sentences for you. Highly recommend checking them out for yourself.

Very helpful, since I was long distance Jared sent be a video of the truck and made note to point out and bumps and scratches. Adrienne kept her promise and got me out of the dealership in record time.
