I called and spoke with Matt at Ben Davis in Auburn when I started having issues with my vehicle. He listens to all the issues I was having. The day before bringing in it threw a code dealing with the car slipping 3rd gear. Matt and his tech team then ran a diagnosis, so they knew where to start. They listen to me when I told them that this was happening mostly when the vehicle was cold. Samee that helps with customers warranty contacted my warranty place for me and explained their findings. I needed a loaner vehicle they got me into a vehicle the next day. The warranty company had to send out an inspector. The original inspector showed up earlier then I got my vehicle back to Ben Davis. They said they reschedule for Thursday or Friday, come Friday evening no one showed up. Samee called the warranty by Friday after lunch; they said that the original inspector cancelled the order. Samee talked to them about getting someone out there ASAP. Samee kept me well informed once the warranty inspector found that the findings would be that I needed a new transmission. Matt and Samee got right to work with submitting all the documentation to get working on my vehicle. About two day later they had everything they needed and was able to get it done in a timely manner. I got my vehicle back and drove for about a week. I started having some issue again and they were super-fast to look at it and find the issue. Something that was super easy and a quick fix. The tech that found it this issue spoke with me and explain to me what happened and how it was fixed. I priorly took it the dealership in Warsaw that I bought it from. They never really explained much to me other than it wasn’t putting out a code. I told them several times what was happening and that it only acts up when cold. They blew me off and didn’t run any test on it. Just overall a horrible experience. I appreciate everything that Ben Davis team did for me to get my vehicle up and running. Just was outstanding customer services.

The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing was competitive to other locations. Love the ford dealership.

Would appreciate the service charge to pay with credit was removed from the bill. You carries more than $100 cash on them to pay for an oil change and tire rotation.
