I contacted this dealership about a used F150 that was grossly overpriced, given that it had previously been in an accident. Not only were they completely unwilling to negotiate whatsoever, the truck had very obviously corroded rotors that needed urgent replacement. They were insistent that the vehicle had passed their 'inspection' and was deemed safe to drive - outright refused to address a visible mechanical issue and became argumentative when a genuine concern was brought up. Deceptive, stubborn, and unfriendly altogether. Stay far away

After talking with a Sales Rep (Mike) about 2 of the vehicles I was interested in, I decided to make the 4 hour drive to the dealership. Sent Mike a message notifying that I was on my way to look at the trucks and see what we could do. My intention was to purchase both vehicles. After Mike told me to talk to Nick when I arrived. When I arrived I drove around the dealership to find the vehicles and was only able to find 1 of them. At first they were great and sent me out for a test drive on the 1st truck. when I returned I asked about the 2nd one and was told they sold it the night before. I then proceeded to talk price and trade on that truck and found that after sharing my information with them trade value was sub-par and then asking about financing and extended warranty, I notice a change in the attitude. He asked what bank I use (which I was already pre approved for more than the amount in question) he stated that the bank wanted another $15K as a down payment and the bank wouldn't cover the amount of the vehicle that they were selling. It did not seem like they wanted to earn my business. After leaving the dealership I called my bank and they stated that there was no inquiry about a loan from that dealership and they never stated that they would ot support a loan for that amount. This dealer gets most of thier cars from Auction and sells at a lower value because they can make more money on them, and sell mostly to dealers online or online purchases. They seemed as though they do not want to deal with Trade-ins or deal with customers face to face. We wasted our 4 hour trip there and the 4 hours being at the dealership. Needless to say this was a cash deal from the bank that he supposedly contacted (which he didn't). Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

They really don't seem interested in selling me a car. Same thing happened 3 years ago. At that time it took me over 4 hours to buy a dirty car, inside and outside.They kept helping others while I waited and I had an appointment. They would talk to me, then talk to others, then call me into the office, then I had to wait while they talked to others. I had to leave to go to work and was late. I did not feel good about the whole deal. I don't feel good about this dealership. Was it because I was a woman? I wonder and felt like thatt was the reason.

Originally had a terrible experience there because of bad communication between the employees at the dealership when I went to look at a vehicle. Taylor made it all right though. Thanks.

This is a top notch dearlership! No pressure, courteous and friendly service. Hats off to CURT.

No Pressure. Good Selection. Reasonably Priced. Clean Vehicles. Very Helpful. Worked At Getting Me A Good Interest Rate. I live in the Ft. Wayne area but these are some of the reasons why I came back for another vehicle from Jim Schmidt.
