It was pretty. Good every one was friendly. Had to wait longer than I would have liked. Almost left before the deal was done because of the music. It is a bit much. James turned it down after I said something
Jacob was great! Very empathetic for my $600 tire 🤣. Love the lounge and snacks. Always kept up to date on my vehicle.
They were informative and considered my needs. Kiara showed patience and understanding. Overall as good an experience as car shopping can be.
There was a slight lack of communication & confusion when it came to when my car would be finished however, once that was solved, my car was finished immediately.
Great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from start to finish without any pressure. I felt well informed and taken care of, and I’d definitely recommend them to others.
Took a long time to schedule both recalls on the same day. Got it in and took longer than the 3 hrs. I was expecting. Stayed open till 7 so I got it that evening. All people involved were pleasant to talk with.
