Really good experience. Found a vehicle I liked and signed for it the next day

My truck was dirty , did not have a full tank of gas ,no new whispers, told me I needed an oil change when I started it but by the sticker I see it was done someone Just didn’t take the time to reset it. It was sod to me with an open recall. And had nearly a box of bounce dryer sheets under the seats to mask the smell. Now that last one there, that’s some dirty used car salesman stuff right there. I honestly Didn’t expect that at a Ford dealer, I will next time. Lesson learned. But other than that, everything worked out. , they stayed after so we could fill out the paperwork. They were very accommodating liv and TJ were very helpful and stayed over after closing time so I was able to get my truck. Everyone was professional. Except for the people who dealt with my truck.
