I went to jd byrider for a car and due to my repo I was told I needed to wait 90 days and a 1000 down payment ...I waited out the 90 days and came back for them to say I need 2000 down ... I had a agreement with them and all they wanted to do is just take more money from me .... I talked to them multiple times and the said each time 1000 was good to go...they wasted mt time to drive all the way out there to once again be told no ..I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly and fast. Care deeply for the customers budget. I will definitely reccomend them to everyone. Really did all they could to get me approved

I would 100% recommend the Boardman location! Great staff. Very helpful! I walked in expecting to walk out with nothing, instead I drove off the lot with the car I wanted!

They went over everything with me as far as what I was getting and signing. They made sure to get me in something I knew I would like. And even though it was late at night, they took their time.

Bobby was amazing! He was very helpful and was able to help me limit my choices to tailor my needs! Very patient and light hearted which meshed well with my eccentric personality! Great experience and pleased all the way around
