I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! After a year and a half I figured I would write a review. This dealership made good with me in ways most would not, as I purchased a used car, problems come with the territory as you know, esp when you purchase and Alfa Romeo from a Mazda dealership lol. David, a young salesman with very little experience who no longer works here helped me. After making the purchase, aside of brakes and a sunroof issue they fixed no questions we went back an forth over a battery, Alfa is a tricky car, smallest drain and things don't work. Tested it several times an insisted it was fine. Bought a new battery from the Alpha dealer and proved it was in fact the battery and Central reimbursed me for it!! I just paid the car off this week and will be heading back to see what's next!

As a woman buying a new car on my own, I was nervous about going into the dealership. I said a prayer to ask for a kind, sensitive person to work with. As I exited my dad's old car, a young man came out and greeted me and I knew that he was just the guy to work with. He immediately put me at ease, and along with his general manager helped me get the car that I wanted, in the color that I wanted. I wanted to make sure it was the car that I wanted because I had hoped this would be the last car I would buy. Chris was so patient, kind and informative, and his manager was also there to help if I had any questions. It has a wonderful experience, and I love my new green car. I would definitely recommend Central Hyundai. I felt blessed to work with Chris Shore, he was so easy to work with and treated me with kindness and respect. The dealership was very clean and inviting and the employees were all kind and friendly.

Everyone was very easy to talk to and they made the car buying experience a great one! Brandon was very knowledgeable and outgoing making the car buying process even better! I would definitely recommend getting a car here to anyone!
