Customer service was exceptional today. I will return for my next service. Service time was fair.

From my own personal experience I appreciate the people that work there, they seem to do their best at taking care of their customers and that is so important in this buisness.
They picked up my car, fixed it and brought it back, just like they said they would.
Like the dealership, worked with Brooke and Derby and they were good to work with overall. Two things I didn’t like was that I dropped off my car at 10 am and the kept it overnight and didn’t pick it up til noon next day. These Diagnostic fees are way too expensive and there are to many of them. One diagnostic charge per visit !!!!!
Ford had gotten me right in for my scheduled appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment as they promised.
