Hello, My name is dale roe I am a 63 yr old maintenance worker at a seniors apartment. I drive a 2018 Ford F150 that I purchased about 2 years ago. Recently in December I took it to Victory Ford at the Legends due to some transmission issues. They said that it would need to be repaired and the charge would be right at $2000.00. I approved the repairs and paid them $1926.47. By Feb my truck was having the same issue. When I had Victory Ford check it out they stated now it meeds a new $9000.00 transmission. There is much more to this story about Victory Ford cheating customers. I will post this on every website that I can. People should know what is happening at this KCK dealer. I sincerely hope that your channel will assist me In righting this wrong. I paid $2000. To ride for 60 days and still have no truck. Dale E Roe
I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.
Service Department is very slow. Everytime I have been there it takes over 2 plus hours for an oil change. I'd give it zero stars. Total bailts and switch operation. Read the fine print on any email offers you receive from them. Waste my time! "The $49.99 Works" deal is a scam. You have to purchase $100's of dollars of other Service items before they give you the $49.99 price. Not mentioned anywhere on the email. Avoid this people.
My husband and I went in intending to purchase a 2016 F-250 and trade off my 2018 Nissan Armada. I had already secured financing approval for the truck through the credit union that has my Armada loan. When it came time to work numbers, our salesman wanted to know what I was approved for. I told him that I was not going to divulge that information because all I wanted to know was what they could offer me on my Armada. He then wanted to know what my payoff balance was on the Armada. Again, I told him I was not going to discuss that and I wanted to know what they could offer. He went to have his discussion and came back with a laughable lowball offer. He tried to explain that there was a noise in the rear suspension and it would likely need work. My husband and I both told him there was no noise and there never has been. I gave him my counter offer on the trade because I figured they would be more likely to meet in the middle if I shot high. He informed me that he wasn’t going to go back and forth with this. It was at that moment I knew that I didn’t want to do business with them. He wrote on his paper “Will buy if trade in is $xxxxx” and wanted me to sign below it. I told him I would not sign anything saying that I WILL buy the vehicle. I will only sign if it says that I will consider buying. He proceeded to argue with me about the wording and I finally explained to him that I get paid to read the fine print of lien waivers and tax certificates, so I would absolutely not be signing my name to anything saying I would purchase the truck at this time. After he reluctantly changed the wording, I signed the paper and he went back to the other table. I could see my husband fuming by this point. A moment later the salesman returned with my keys, set them on the table and said “sorry guys.” His associates then, quite smugly, held the doors open for us so we could exit. I have purchased both new and used vehicles before, both with and without my husband present. I have never in my life been treated that way by someone at a dealership before. He had the cliche “frat boy with daddy’s money” attitude you see portrayed in movies and has no business working on the negotiation side of vehicle sale.
Their service department cracked the windshield of my car and then claimed that it was already there. Had to pay twice what my initial service cost just to get it replaced.
Having issues the day after I bought my vehicle, pretty much told me good luck. Even though it was on them.
