I was told I needed a transmission service! ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. I ask was a filter included and the Fellow said no just the fluid service. I have no actually what I expected but why not the filter be replaced. I suppose that is what Ford thinks it needs! But for $325 is excessive but I should have inquired prior to the appointment.

They were very nice up there and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of with the van I got.

Had some mechanical issues and the service department took care of them found an ongoing leak that wasn’t able to be fixed from a prior mechanic, but Smithville found it and no more leaks. Very pleased with the service department.

I've heard quite a few negative things about Blue Springs Ford, but I can confidently say that the team at Smithville stands apart. They are truly in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Larry, in particular, was a standout as a salesman. He was understanding and completely low-pressure, making the process feel comfortable and relaxed. Even the finance manager impressed me; instead of pushing for an extended warranty, he focused on securing the best deal for me and ended up getting a lower interest rate than we initially agreed upon, even beating my USAA rate! Given the stories I’ve heard about Blue Springs, it’s clear that the real A-team is here at Smithville. I've purchased six cars across different dealerships (including Rob Sight), and I've never had such a remarkable experience as I did here. Highly recommend!
