I went to this to look at an F150 with a supercharger. I wasn't there to buy just see if I liked the truck. Marshall Woodie assisted me and took me for a test drive. He was very responsive to all of my inquiries. We texted back and forth. He was positive,polite,and checked every box to assist me. Even though we couldn't do business my decision He should get an atta boy.
We have bought vehicles from Mel Hambelton before but this was the best experience. Justin Blevins is the go to salesperson! He is honest and very personable. We would recommend Justin Blevins as the salesman to ask for. Corey Walcher is the best finance manager. Very knowledgeable , friendly and makes sure you understand all the paperwork. What a great team! And lastly- Oliver who will make sure you understand the Ford Pass app. Awesome guy!! This was a great buying experience and everyone was super helpful and nice. Between my wife and I along with our Daughter and son n law, Granddaughter, and Grandson we have bought about 15 cars and trucks in the last 10 years... As the General Operations Manager of a local Ford Dealership for 20 years in my "previous Life" it was difficult for me to deal with the crap of these dealershops... we meant Sam and got right to it, I explained I wasn't going to play the games... Sam lustened to everything I said and went to work... Sam is a great guy to deal with and truly is a ginuine guy... I have a very high respect for him and I believe the feeling is mutual... I am at a pount If Sam isn't available for whatever reason, I will wait until he is
Mel Hambelton has vastly improved from a mere 13 years ago. It is my recommended car dealership. Justin Blevins is my go to salesman for his honesty and personality! He has never been pushy to purchase. He will be my salesman until he hangs up his keys.
