Very friendly, I felt like I was family there. I got a good deal on 2019 Ford edge

I was not happy with the dealership, or the regular antics that go with buying a vehicle. But, they had the truck I wanted, so I had to play the game. Paid Cash, told them from the beginning I was going to. They wanted to add this, add that, add the other thing. I asked if they would negotiate the price, and they said "No" So when they were selling add-ons, I said no as well.. I'll never buy from them again, and they will never get a dollar service wise either.

This dealership has a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 High Country (dark red) truck for sale. It looks like a beautiful truck however, it has a lot of hale damage on the roof. Of course, most people would not see that and the salesman did not let us know that until my husband jumped up in the back of the truck and discovered it. On top of that, after we offered a discounted price price, they finally disclosed that they had repaired damage on the hood as well. We all know you have to be watchful of car salesman but, this went way over the line for a salesman not to disclose such serious damage to a vehicle that costs over $80,000. This borders on fraud. I won't return to Schicker Ford.

Staff is friendly and great to work with. We were not pressured as all. I will be back and purchase all my vehicles from Schicker Ford in Union. Me and my wife worked with Kyle and he was awsome. True customer service.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with this dealership and the salesman that sold us our last car. His name is Rick Nault and he has been terrific from the time we purchased the car through my last visit for minor service to be done of which he took care of making my appointment!
