Dana was very patient while I was attempting to remove credit locks that were in place to allow financing to be completed. She was also very pleasant to talk with. I was very pleased with the trade in allowance given on my pickup and the discounts allowed against the MSRP.
Dana and the Tri State staff were awesome to deal with !!! I highly recommend them
