Very good experience very helpful whit the financial person and the person looking for the bank , but sales person need more training on how to explain about the vehicle asking questions and some he not even knows but was ok I think need more training and vehicles even not there is nothing to do with Honda

This review is well overdue. I’ve been taking both my RX-8 and CX-90 to Riverside Mazda service for the past 14 months after a poor experience at a nearby Mazda dealership. What a night and day difference! They take care of you like a valued customer, and a special shout out to Daniel Herrera and Wendy Bechtel who have has been my Service Advisor most of the time. They know what a customer first experience means. Looking forward to taking my Mazda vehicles to Riverside Mazda Service department for years to come. And since I’m on my 8th Mazda, maybe I get to know their Sales team too when I’m ready for my 9th.
