The salesman, sales manager and Finance Manager were friendly and respectful. They also answered my questions and then explained things well.

Riley and Jacob were great. Told them what i needed and how much i had to put down. They didn't beat around the bush and got right to the point and showed me what kind of vehicle they could get me approved for. I was approved in minutes. The next day i visited several other auto dealerships hoping they could match Kia's offer or even offer me something better with my poor credit score. Unfortunately they couldn't. The following day I was driving off the Kia lot in a brand new 2025 K4! Thank you Riley and Team at Kia for helping me out. I'll definitely let everyone know to come check you guys out.

I have been delayed writing this due to husband's hospitalization ,but cannot let this go by. We recently put $ down on a new car when another agency was unable to provide a car. Ours was on the ship that burned and sank in route. We choose a another car at Kia in Bellingham. and put a considerable deposit down. Next day the previous agency found a car like we originally wanted. We could have lost our deposit at Kia. We worked with James Kennedy,who was great,and knowledgeable but, the manager was unbelievablely caring and said,"Of course we will refund your money". He was the nicest person we have ever met in this industry. They mean it when they say they say they put the customer first and they have great integrity.We were amazed and appreciative!
