I bought my 5th Nissan as the 4th of July weekend began, and although always skeptical of dealers, I was very pleased with the entire experience at Landers McClartly Nissan Huntsville. My Salesman, James Reynolds, rightly captured on his business card as “Sales Professional,” was friendly, upfront, and absolutely professional. I outlined my monthly payment cap and a few of my concerns dealing with my trade in, and James worked with me and the team there to get me under that payment and leaving satisfied that both the dealer and myself walked away happy. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Nissan of Huntsville! Especially working with Leonard Payton! From start to finish he made the car buying process stress free, honest, and pressure free. That alone is rare in this industry. Leonard was incredibly respectful of my time, answered all my questions with complete transparency, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into something I wasn’t comfortable with. I came in nervous, but he 100% made me feel like I was in control and supported throughout the entire process. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle and not just closing a sale. I also want to shout out the dealership as a whole.
