The staff was fun and helpful. It was clean .Regina made it very easy. Simple
Process seemed to come with some hangups not having tools available, however I feel it could have been avoided from the start by explaining that. In addition the process took a bit long. I was told the item would arrive Monday (it didnt). Then when the service was performed, there were delays resulting in a near 3 day process and there are still minor issues. I dont want to have to bring it back in again to be fixed or adjusted.
Ryan was great and so helpful. Katie also was wonderful. It was the best car buying experience that I’ve had. So easy and all done in the same day!
