I waited almost a year before writing a review, so I could see how the "service after the sale" worked out. Both Julian and Diego have been extremely responsive regarding some minor concerns and a warranty issue with my new Sportage. Truly Exceptional Service for my Oil Change I recently visited the KIA Herb Chambers in Burlington for a routine oil change and, as usual, the staff was polite, friendly, and efficient. Th oil change was done quickly and without a hitch. However, I am always pleased with the extra touch, they washed and vacuumed my car! Finding the car spic and span was a nice bonus and shows they value their customers. Thank you to the entire team for your efficiency and attention to detail. I highly recommend this KIA dealership for service.
