After I purchased my car and 2019, I visited three different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the primary reason I’m still driving this car and I drive an hour to get it serviced. As far as I’m concerned, Mike is Subaru Of Jacksonville. He takes care of me and he takes care of my car. It’s as simple as that. Hard to find that these days.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the same sales person. As before Mr. Jerry Johnson was helpful and showed me the vehicles I was looking for with me selecting the Ascent Touring model. All of the people I deal with were very helpful and explained everything.
Jerry was a great salesman! Everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. The actual building is lovely, too.
