Enjoyed working with John Voight. The process went smoothly and am pleased with the process. My one issue with the process was the unexpected cost of closing the deal. I asked for an out the door price for purchasing the vehicle and urged was provided. However, I was never informed about the additional costs and expenses that might occurred during closing and felt a bit misled because the out the door price and the final out the door price differed by twenty percent. That fact was a bit misleading by Subaru of Jacksonville. The out the door price provided by the sales person is not the true out the door price. The sales person should provide the true out the door price.
