reccently purchased a used car from larson motors (sales staff was pleasent and helpful) called in to have a service appointment set up and was scheduled no problem, lounge area was comfortable and had a nice chat with my sales rep and my car was out in no time.
Made appointment for service, dropped car off first thing in the morning, never got a call from them all day so towards the end of the day I called them and was told that they wouldn't get to the car until the next day. I asked about a loaner they said "no" but I could rent one from them, are you kidding me! On another visit I asked them to specifically change the oil pan gasket in addition to a normal oil change; they didn't, said it was fine, told them that I didn't ask them to evaluate it I asked them to change it. I will not be bringing my cars back to Larson I will take them to a dealer in Omaha.
