Scam, and very rude service, the attitude invites altercation, they don't perform repairs on invoices and will recommend to drive your car untill something fails, snobby employees with little knowledge of the cars they sell and work on, they allowed me to watch my car being worked on in the past but won't allow me now, won't even let you talk to the tech while they are incapable of answering any questions besides how much it's going to cost, the oil changes they've performed were never done and we're just added an extra quart of oil so instead of 4.8 they leave it with 5.8 quarts and say they changed it, they're out to take advantage and they saw it was my first time buying, tell you what I'll never buy from a dealer again

We were visiting from out-of-state and needed an oil change. The Service Department was great, but the one who really shined was Lanelle Lodge, a product specialist. Thanks to her excellent service, we know which Toyota will be our next Toyota!

Pre-purchase was excellent with this dealership. David Farmer was really good to work with. The service department put a lot of questions in my mind. I have never revisited the dealership since my run in with the service department.

I own a 2009 scion tc with a 5-speed manual transmission. I gave their driver my car to take it to their shop. I ended up getting my car back and my transmission is smoke the clutch not wanting to grab, and it was not at all like that when I pass them the keys. Next time the need to send out drivers that are more experienced in driving standard transmissions. I'm now hoping that there would be Reimbursement for the damages they have caused.
