If you need to cancel your warrenty because you want to sell your vehicle GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone over the phone. I kept calling the finance department, left messages, no one returned my phone call. I was told from a salesperson I would need to come in to have the finance department check my mileage in person. That's not true because I have canceled another warranty on my last vehicle I sold via email with the finance manager at another dealership. I understand the dealership doesn't want to refund my warranty, bad for business but I'm selling my vehicle so why would I want to pay for something that I'm selling/no longer have. It is absolutely insane to me that dealerships act like this. I will make sure to be in contact 6-8 weeks. I am entitled to my refund. I will be persistent. =)

Transmission went out,fought Olympia Toyota about exteneded pumper to pumper. Chehalis I-5 did say it was covered. Took it there, dealer had car over 3 months. Kept saying it was ready and then it's not. No rental offered till last day. Finally get it back after another week of "it's ready" and it is filthy. They couldn't even wash it. Mind you that was 3 months of paying a car payment and insurance. I would think twice before I took my car there.

Called i5 and coult not be happier with the service I received! Rodney was very nice and very determined to find the right make and model for the family. He went above and beyond expectations to deliver the best deal possible, he fought for a good interest rate and made sure the vehicle was within the amount I could afford. Just had my Prius serviced after it needed to be towed to I-5. Macie on the phone was incredibly helpful. The issue was accurately diagnosed and professionally taken care of. Khalid was informative, courteous and helpful, as always. I-5 has kept our multiple Toyotas running well for years.

Charged a extra $200.00 to have the title taken care of " to insure it is done properly" ell the person to do this must of gone on a 4 week vacation as that is how long it took to mail the paper work to the state. I now have 21 days to drive my car legally and get the plates, then it gets parked. Here you pay extra to have very poor service.
