Drove over 3 hrs on the word of a young salesman, who said they could be flexible on the price. After I was low-balled on my trade-in, they refused to budge on their truck that was priced $3k over other trucks in the area. It just so happened to be the color I wanted. Walked out and drove 3 hrs back home. Very small dealer that takes no issue in letting an overpriced truck sit on their lot for 301 days and wasting customer’s time with empty guarantees. Drove 3hrs to Kirksville the next day and got $2k more for my trade and a better truck, at a better price.
