Easy process but didn’t explain in the finance office thoroughly. It felt somewhat rushed, but everyone was nice. I’ll need to sit and actually read what I signed. But love the truck!

Andy and Hunter were very knowledgeable, took the time to show me how all the new gadgets worked on the Escape, and answered all my questions. Hunter set up my phone so it was synced to the Escape! Both of them are very nice and easy to talk to.

Purchased a Lincoln 2 weeks ago. Glove box falls off when opened. They misrepresented the truth about financing too. Especially to SIUCU account holders. I'll never purchase from them again n I know a lot of ppl in different circles that based on this, will never purchase from Voglar either. Voglar should be ashamed but they're not. They deny, deflect n straight out lie.

The employees at Vogler are always friendly and helpful. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles. Customer service from every employee and service department has been 5 star.
