Pleasant, seamless, friendly, professional There is only one thing that I could say that needs a little tweaking is I was promised something on my sales contract and no one has contacted me regarding that and it's been over a month
For the last few years I purchased 2 vehicles -2017pathfinder & 2020 Murano.Ech time I have good experience with the people working in your dealership.
No direct experience with the dealer but instead the body shop. Work was exceptional, communication clear & timely, and Luna worked with management to make sure the goodwill resolution that was offered was properly sorted out.
Took a very long time to fix the car. 2 months for bodyshop Good job when finished
