Thanks Lokey Nissan completely exceeded every expectation I didn’t even know I had. They replaced the big battery in my Nissan Leaf under warranty, which alone is huge—but the way they treated me throughout the process is what truly deserves praise. From the very beginning, Lee at the service desk was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. He explained the process clearly and handled everything with total confidence, which made the whole experience stress-free. While my car was being serviced, they provided me with a rental car without any hassle, showing real respect for my time and convenience. On top of that, the shuttle service was excellent. Jimsky, the shuttle driver, was friendly, punctual, and welcoming, making the back-and-forth trips easy and pleasant. It may seem like a small thing, but kindness and professionalism like that make a big difference. Warranty work, rental car, shuttle service, great communication, and genuinely good people—this is how a dealership should operate. Lokey Nissan didn’t just fix my car; they delivered a five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

I would rate the salesman with a 5 but not the same for the rest of the dealership. My car apparently had been parked underneath a tree and had sap all around. I should have returned the same night when I left but thought of coming in the following day. I called several times to speak to salesman who sold the car. I was left on hold. I called to inquire if I should come in through service or front door, they were checking if 'my rep' was available. I just gave up and went to a car wash. $40+ later, my car is not 100% yet
