Got a quote for a repair. Took car in for the repair. I called dealer to check on it and they hadn’t started the repair some 4 hours later and tried to up charge me over 200 dollars from original quote . Really makes you question how this dealer does business.

I would leave negative five stars if I could. I called and talked to Gary Youngblood about a 2021 Toyota Tundra I found on auto trader. It had good pictures and a clean car fax report. Gary said it was in good condition, and I was encouraged by Gary to come to Hernando to take a look at it. I took a day off of work and drove five hours round trip to see this truck which I was prepared to buy and was led to believe was in good shape. The front bumper and rear bumper were loose, there were multiple scratches that went much deeper than the paint, there was a light totally missing on the front bumper, half of the tailgate was dented on the right side where the truck had backed in to something, and there was damage around the gas cap where the truck had been backed in to. I was also told it was detailed, but it clearly was not. There was loose dirt in the backseat and in the floorboard. Michael Sweat, the sales manager, came out and spoke to me. He said that they could not come down off the price at all. Then he offered me $2,000 for my Hyndai Accent which I drove to Hernando in. It’s a good car which I sold for $5,000 the week after. I was extremely disappointed that I was not told about these things before I drove from another state to look at it. I’m very surprised a Toyota dealer would even put something like this on the lot. I have always heard that Toyota has a great reputation, but I could not have been more disgusted with my experience. I have since bought a Ford F-150 from a Ford dealership, and they were so professional. I will definitely be choosing Ford products going forward.

As usual the maintenance performed on my vehicle was excellent! Mr. Hayden Davidson is an exceptional representative for Toyota. I am well pleased with the services he provides. It is always a pleasure to enteract with him.
