What a pleasure it was to meet and work with Adrianna. I had been searching for a new car for a while- trying to find something that fit my needs. I needed more space than my two door convertible, but still fun to drive. I explained everything I was looking for to Adriana before I went in. She definitely understood the assignment. When I arrived she had two vehicles waiting for me to drive. It only took one! I fell in love with the AMG GT 43. It gave me space for the grandkids, but still very cool. I must say that every single person I had contact with at the dealership could not have been nicer. From the woman who was cleaning the ladies room, the guys in the service area, Matt- who walked me through everything the car does, as well as Sal in finance. It was a pleasure dealing with each and everyone of these people. I truly believe that you can have the best product there is, but if your staff doesn't measure up it doesn't matter.

There’s literally nothing but positive things that I can say about my overall experience with Cole as well as the dealership as a whole. My wife and I weren’t even considering a SUV from Mercedes. We shopped around for a couple weeks, going to different dealerships between Jeep, Nissan, Chevy and Ford and then stop looking for a few weeks because it seemed as everywhere we went we would get the run around, changes in prices from what we were told over the phone then different when we got there. Then a good friend of mine suggested that we go and meet Cole and see what Mercedes had to offer. At first we were hesitant because we figured it would have been outside of our means, but it seems like every other manufacture you have to go with their fully loaded tier SUV just to get an equivalent vehicle that we had. So with that in mind, we did decide to go and see Cole. Our first visit we went and were greeted right away by pleasant upbeat employees and then we met Cole. We test drove a GLC, and right away we fell in love with it, Cole went with us for the test drive and was very knowledgeable about how all the functions of the vehicle worked and what features it had. We were then given prices for a lease and I was very taken back about the price but not because it was too much. I was taken back by the fact that I could get a very well featured GLC for just about the same price as a fully loaded Chevy Blazer. We did not purchase the vehicle that day as we needed some time to think it over and decide which one of our cars we were going to trade in. Now normally I would be receiving at least 3 phone calls a day from a dealership, pressuring us to buy. However, with Cole it was quite the opposite and very professional. Did he follow up with us? Of course, but it was no pressure what so ever and just wanted to make sure we had all the info we needed and all our questions were answered. We definitely had a lot of questions before we purchased but every time I reached out to Cole he was quick and professional to get back to me. My wife and I decided that the GLC was the perfect SUV for us so we scheduled a day with Cole to come in and purchase it. Now this is where the dealer itself gets a 10 out of a 10, we both took the entire day off thinking we would be waiting on the finance department to bring us in as this has always been the case when we bought our vehicles. Again we arrived at the dealership and were greeted promptly and Cole came to get us right away and took us straight to the finance office. We sat and waited maybe just a few minutes and then Sal from finance came in. Typically this is the part of the process I hate the most because all different services and extras are normally shoved down our throats and you can always tell when that person doesn’t like being told no I don’t need or want that. That wasn’t the case here, we were offered a few options but we declined. Sal didn’t sit there going on and on about how we needed this and that, we said no and it was that simple. No displeasure from Sal whatsoever and remained just as happy as he was when he walked into the office. I think we weren’t even in finance for more then 30 minutes. Everything from the monthly payment, the down payment and even the check they wrote back to us was exactly the same as we were originally quoted. I didn’t have to wait days or weeks for the check to pay off our existing vehicle, they already had it ready for us. We had nothing but a positive experience in the finance department and it was hassle free. After we were done signing everything we were then taken to our brand new GLC. I did a good walk around to make sure the detail department did a good job. I was looking to make sure there was no scratches, no swirls in the paint, no left over glue and most importantly no streaks on the windows. 10 out of 10 for the detail department. Thank you Cole and Ray Catena for a painless process. We will be back!

Adriana was great right from my first meeting I was made to feel welcome and knew she was trustworthy she had already picked out a similar vehicle and explained the differences etc. Then to review the figures she had also already pulled them up and all I had to do was a few tweaks and we had a deal. It was a very seamless and efficiency was very apparent. Also very friendly and personable overall experience..

This was truly a wonderful experience . Everyone was so nice and really helpful ., they made sure I understood how to operate my new car before I drove it home .

Stephen Kennedy was so helpful, so kind, outgoing gentlemen so who sold me a beautiful car. I would reccomend everyone now to him if they are in the market for a Mercedes.
