Juan Pablo is an excellent service manager. He saved this put-of-town C300 owner on two recent occasions. The car was waiting for him by tow upon his arrival two times. He communicated precicely by text--and phone when I called him. I am from across the state snd on a time crunch. He ensured great service--and my necessary quick request. The service and honesty I received from him and the mechanics surpassed my purchase dealer over in the Naples area. He eased my mind and resolved my calamity efficiently and concisely. I am extremely grateful!

We felt extremely very well taken care of as we’ve never experienced before in another Mercedes dealer. Kudos to my MB Salesman of many years , Carlos Escobar (now in Finance) who took my call on Memorial Day Weekend when out of the blue my EQS 580 all of the sudden died when I went to start it - and to Byron one of the Maintenance managers who after 2 separate Towing Trucks from Roadside Assistance ( 3rd party providers and not MB operators) miserably failed to tow my car back to the MB dealership- Byron with Carlos on the line found me a SUPERMAN MB Employee by the name of Jose Cruz , who was on vacation at the time , left his family and came with his 2 boys on the tow truck , saw the situation where to pull back the car with a normal towing would have caused the concrete wheel stop to tear out the front fender, and Jose took out these metal contractions that he had on his tow truck and a star war like air pump and to the marvel of myself and people who had gathered to see what Jose was doing - Jose miraculously was able to quickly and safely do what 2 Roadside Assistance Tow Trucks had failed - which as Jose said there is always a way- so Amen to that and my sincere gratitude to Jose Cruz -for his commitment to Mercedes Benz and his spirit of a can do attitude and thanks also to the team named here, which goes to prove that when a business has an enlightened leader like Manager Mike Rodriguez the right attitude is contagious throughout the entire team - Sincerely - Willy A.
