Roger made my experience here very easy. He was super kind and helpful and made sure I understood everything he was saying!
The dealership fixed my car in a timely manner. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and went as far to send a detailed video explaining exactly what was wrong and how they repaired it.
Mr Slekar was very attentive, helpful and provided detailed explanations. He is a valuable asset and we greatly appreciate his help. We are disappointed with the level of the charge for emissions inspection. Our “other” Ford dealer (2019 Edge) charges us $44 (also outrageous, but much lower.
